Why we chose specialty coffee

Jacques grew up surrounded by coffee plantations in Cameroon. That connection to the raw product naturally guided our choices when it came time to serve coffee at Holy Bagels.

Rather than sourcing from a large industrial roaster, we chose to work with independent artisans, Parlor Coffee in particular, who share our standards for traceability and freshness.

The result: a rounder espresso, a filter selection that changes with the seasons, and the certainty of supporting a whole chain of passionate trades — from grower to your cup.
